Jeanne M. Rosario

Jeanne M. Rosario is vice president and general manager, engineering for GE Aviation.

Ms. Rosario joined GE in 1975 as a member of the Engineering Development Program. She has held roles of increasing responsibility, accumulating 15 years experience in engine design and 10 years in systems leadership in which she contributed to both commercial, military and marine and industrial product lines.

She served two years as an Engineering Master Black Belt in the Six Sigma program where she focused on developing and integrating Design for Six Sigma tools into the engineering design process. Following this role, Ms. Rosario served as manager, CF34-8 Growth Engine System Design and Integration.

In 2002, Ms. Rosario became general manager, Engine Systems Design and Integration where she has responsibility for all GE - Aviation's fielded engines as well as product definition and system design efforts.

In June 2003, she was named Vice President and General Manager for Commercial Design for Reliability and Services Engineering. Responsibilities include commercial engine product creation and meeting Design for Reliability requirements.

In November 2005, Ms. Rosario was promoted to her current role, where she directs the research, design, certification and in-service support of all engine programs for commercial, military and industrial customers.

Ms. Rosario holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.
