Al Comeaux is executive director of Global Communications at GE Aviation.
Comeaux has more than 20 years experience in communications with more than 15 years in the aviation industry in roles of increasing responsibility. He has worked at Sabre Holdings as senior vice president of Corporate Communications, Travelocity as vice president of Public Relations and American Airlines as director of Public Relations Europe and manager of labor communications.
Prior to his aviation industry experience, Comeaux spent five years in Washington, D.C., serving as an account executive at Conway & Company Public Relations and as a press secretary for U.S. Rep. F.I. Sunia. Most recently, he was principal of Comeaux & Company, a consulting firm providing senior level communications counsel to Fortune 500 companies.
He joined GE in 2010 and leads the Global Communications team in the creation and execution of internal and external communications strategies and messaging.
Comeaux graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor's degree in journalism.
